Our house-brewed Pilsner, crafted with a traditional decoction mash using Bavarian Pilsner malt and generously hopped with Czech Saaz. Fermented slow and cold with our lager yeast, spunded to naturally capture carbonation, then cold-lagered for weeks for a clean, crisp finish.
