OneTwoThreeFour! Oak-Aged Sour With Fig Yeast

OneTwoThreeFour! is our ode to that pure Queens energy! Brewed in collaboration with our QNS neighbors at Big Alice Brewing, this slow long form wild ale project was aged on mixed oak and fermented with a captured fig yeast- in honor of the copious feral figs that grow all over our beloved Astoria. Complex, deep, and layered- the aroma has an initial punch of damp foresty oak, then a floral, slightly sweet hint of fresh fig, grassy hay, and dry spice. Spritzy, prickly, and bursting with energy.
