Aged on oak and slowly soured over 9mos, this new tart beauty was blended with dark tangy cherries and sweet plum, then aged on the fruit. Crimson red in color, with a sunny aroma of juicy tart berry, vanillin, american oak, cherry pie preserves, plum candy, and a long gentle linger of wood and plum skin. The sun might be creepin' up, but we're just getting started.
