A wild take on the Belgian-style classic. Inspired by Hennepin, this farmhouse ale is brewed with Ommegang's signature house yeast. After primary fermentation, Brettanomyces is introduced, and a dry, funky secondary fermentation unfolds. The result is rustic, layered, and quietly explosive.
