Fleur de Marteau (flower of the hammer) is a mixed fermentation ale that was fermented with a Belgian farmhouse yeast then aged with Brettanomyces for seven months. The beer was infused with chamomile, elderflower and rose hips, adding more layers of complexity and nuance. The result is bright and elegant, delicate but vivacious. Delicious for any occasion.
