We took the grain bill from Fidens Tuneless Moonlight and brewed it on our system, while Fidens took our grain bill from Cloud Generator and brewed it at their spot. We then hit it hard with a hop combo drawing off of both beers including Idaho 7, Cashmere, Simcoe, and Galaxy, and added in a wildcard favorite of both breweries, Strata! The final result from this epic hop combo is staggering…big hits of fresh squeezed OJ, haribo gummy bears, overripe melon, and drippy apricots
