An homage to the NorCal brewers from wine country who championed the style, Memory Lane pours super bright and pale with tight white foam. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, kiwi, and honeysuckle. Flavors of ripe apricot, pine resin, with assertive but crushable bitterness. Brewed with a pilsner malt base for a super clean chassis plus a little English pale malt for a touch of sweetness. Dank hops in the kettle, generous doses of Simcoe and Amarillo in the dry hop. Fermented with that reliable ale strain from Chico CA.
