Möbius Vanuatu Vanilla

We find Vanuatu Vanilla to have beautiful notes of cookie dough and a saturated pure vanilla cream flavor, and we thought it would be fun to kick off the Vanilla Möbius series with one of our favorite beans from the South Pacific Ocean nation of Vanuatu. Pouring rich and creamy, we get roasted coffee, chocolate, and dark malts all balanced by a underbaked chocolate chip cookies and vanilla frosting. The toasty notes harmonize with the unique vanilla perfectly without being overly sweet, which maintains a high drinkability. This makes the first of the series a great success for our beloved Porter.
