This beer features a single decoction mash using 100% Weyermann Eraclea malt, grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice. It's kettle-hopped with Hallertau Magnum and Saphir, and then dry-hopped exclusively with Saphir. Fermented with Fermentis SafLager 34/70 lager yeast and lagered for four weeks, it boasts a dry, earthy, peppery, and herbal profile with a hint of floral notes and a pleasant bitterness. Crisp and highly drinkable.
