Mixed culture golden ale aged in a wine barrel 15 months, and then aged on carbonically macerated Long Island grown Cabernet Franc grapes for two months. Pours bright red with thin foam. Aromas of a young beaujolais with a rich plum and berry palate, but still very dry. Bottle conditioned four months.
