Continuing our single-hop / single IPA series, it’s as simple as Vic Secret and an oat and wheat heavy malt bill. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma jam packed with piney, pineapple melon rind, with a round, soft mouthfeel and a dry finish. Fermented with English ale yeast. Times are crazy - keep it simple.
