The cream-colored, fine-pored froth forms a nice contrast to the dark red-brown of the beer; the nose detects a robust malt scent with subtle undertones: a slightly caramel touch. A malted sweetness is noted when first sampling. This is quite decently supported by a subtle bitter touch. A full-bodied, well-rounded malt taste remains on the palate.
