Created by female brewers and farmers, this double stout is brewed with coffee, cocoa nibs, and a variety of locally grown Hudson Valley peppers. This smooth beer finishes with a hint of heat and spice. A brew as complex as a woman scorned.
This Stout style beer is best paired with barbecue, in perticular beef, game, shellfish and smoked meats. It will also accompany buttery style cheeses such as Brie, Gouda, Havarti and Swiss, and chocolate desserts.
