Solid Ale

I've noticed a lot of people talking down about Fat Tire with the new recipe and I'm not sure why. While it isn't the exact same beer as prior, this is still a flavorful ale that checks all the boxes of a good beer. This somehow packs enough caramel flavor to be delicious and still has one of the lighter bodies of a beer of this type.

New Formula, Still Good

While this new formula Fat Tire isn't quite the same as the original, I don't see why many beer snobs give it such a bad wrap. It leaves a bit of lacing, a perfect amount in my opinion with a body that is light enough to not weigh you down, yet provides really good caramel sweetness.
