We took the recipe for Big Secret and applied just a few lil tweaks!
This beer uses Talus, Michigan Copper, and Citra - all 3 in the kettle and 3x dry hop additions. An unreasonable amount of flaked wheat and oats(sorry to our brewer) has led to a devastatingly soft beer for its size. This one is for the juice wolves ?
Talus + Mi Copper + Citra Juicy 8.5%
