When the folks from Origin Beer Project came to town we were so excited to hang out with our internet friends in person we nearly forgot to brew a beer together. But then we remembered why we were friends, hit the deck, and cooked up this incredibly aromatic DIPA. This is our second use of Citra Lupomax and our second use of Nectaron and boy howdy they rip.

| Food Pairing | This Imperial IPA style beer is best paired with barbecue. Grilled meats, salmon and game all work well. It is also very good with peppery style cheeses such as Monterey / Pepper Jack. |
