El Rojo Lupulo

Introducing El Rojo Lúpulo! Continuing our slight obsession with classic west coasts, we took it a bit further and made this beautiful hoppy red ipa. One of our favorite beers every year is sierranevada Celebration, and this is a hommage to that beer. It’s hard to touch perfection, but we can only try. This beer is hyper crispy, made with a blend of 2 row and some light crystal malts, it’s then hit with lots of Simcoe and centennial in the boil, as well as a big dry hop of centennial and Simcoe cryo. The malts lend a wonderful nose of toast, slight brown sugar, a little dried fruit, with a huge aroma of those classic west coast hops layered on top—citrus and resin abound.
