We start with a traditional ipa grain base, and we hit this with nothing but Amarillo all the way from the mash through to the dry hop. We then fermented it with #cosmicpunch yeast from @omegayeast to work in conjunction with the Amarillo which is loaded with aroma compounds. We then layered some Citra cryo in the dry hop for even more juice. The result is a blast or orange and tangerine citrus. This is another hybrid style, with the hops, haze and juice of a New England, but with a little more IBUs than your tradition New England.
