We made an extra special bitter. Don’t act like you’re made about it. Break from the Haze for a hot second and re-energize your taste buds with us. This classic style originated in England in the 1600s. Even though there’s bitter in the name, the IBUs are not aggressive. It’s a light malt driven beer with a refreshing, clean bitterness with notes of fresh grain, light brown sugar, a hint of roast from the English malts, and a light hoppiness from our inclusion of NYS grown classic west coast hops as well as English bittering and aroma hops. Crisp, beautifully bitter finish.
