This Pre-Prohibition style American Lager was brewed in collaboration with our friends over at Katabatic Brewing Company in Livingston, MT. The grain bill consists of a combination of Local 2Row Barley from Gallatin Valley Malt, 6Row Barley and Corn, and is moderately hopped with Cluster. As with all of our Chopping Wood Lagers, this underwent a prolonged cold-conditioning of nearly 2.5 months and was naturally carbonated. It's a taste of US pilsner the way it tasted 120 years ago -- crisp, bitter, and patriotic.
