This particular batch of Bourbon Barrel Coconut Jenkins was brewed at our Chandler facility and spent 24 months in Blanton's barrels. It was racked out of the barrels in October of 2021 and aged on toasted coconut at an intensity of 1 pound per gallon. The beer has intense notes of coconut & chocolate with pleasant oak & vanilla backing it up. Some cherry cordial notes in the velvety finish.
