Brian cut his teeth brewing at Other Half in Brooklyn years ago, so it was great to catch up over a big hoppy ding dong. We brewed this one with barley, wheat, and flaked oats; hopped and dry hopped it with tons of Citra, Cashmere, and Motueka; and fermented it with a classic American ale yeast.
