Our house sour ale is brewed in the similar style of a Berliner-weisse with a basic malt bill of pilsner accompanied by a heavy dose of wheat. We then add yogurt to the kettle where it rests until we've reached our target pH.
We aad minimal boil hops for balance and finish with just the right amount of real fruit puree for that refreshing, fruity kick!
