We combined an old favorite from New Zealand (Nelson) with the new-to-us NZ grown Nectaron hops. The result is a bright, citrus-forward beer with notes of orange, lychee, peach and pear. The oats and wheat provide a velvety base for those delicious southern hemisphere hops to float on.
