Heaps o' hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher. This is a marvelous American interpretation of a classic pilsener; a beer with impressive Saaz hop character and a striking hops bouquet.

My favorite beer.

I'm not into talking about appearance, aroma, or any other wank, just why I like the beer. After years of drinking the sourest sours, the hoppiest IPAs, and whatever other whacky creations microbreweries would throw at me, I currently have palate fatigue, and most of the time, just want a beer that tastes like beer. This is by far my favorite, it's hoppy enough to remind me that I'm drinking a beer, unlike a Miller, but not so much that its ability to refresh after mowing the lawn is lost, and finally, it's not sweet - my most hated quality in a beer. So yeah, if you want a plain old beer, this is the ONE.
