15% abv | 375 ml Waxed Bottle
Triple Oaked Imperial Stout aged 9 months in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, then transferred to Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrels for 7 months, finally transferred to Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for an additional 11 months. Finished on banana and toasted coconut.

This one here is a recipe we've revisited and have made some significant changes to both the grist & hops. Featuring a lot more oat malt and less wheat, yielding a creamier & fluffier mouthfeel and paler color than previous batches. Hop wise we went with Peacharine, Galaxy, Citra & Mosaic

Ridiculously opaque w/ notes of Clear Gummy Bears, Tepache, Chronic from 2001, and finishes with Brûlée’d Mango & Pommelo ICEE.
