Trois Pistoles is a beer on lees, as dark as can be, mellow in taste with an aroma of ripe fruits. This beer has a rich and thick foam which clings to the glass. Trois-Pistoles may be served as an aperitif as well as an after dinner drink and goes well with pastas, venison and game either roasted, as a plate a stew or fricassee. It goes well with a chocolate mousse after diner or it can even replace coffee.
