Tuna's Revenge (2025)

We blended our barrel-aged Silver Tuna porter, brewed with Vietnamese cinnamon, freshly ground nutmeg, and brown sugar, with a barrel-aged stout that had been resting patiently in oak. Then we gave it a final touch of extra cinnamon and nutmeg to really up the holiday cheer. Warm cinnamon hits the nose first, followed by layers of nutmeg that wrap around the palate with a cozy, lingering finish. A touch of brown sugar sweetness and notes of the whiskey barrel tie everything together, making this winter warmer the perfect companion for nights “watching rubbish.” Whether you’re outsmarting the Wet Bandits or just posted up on the couch, Tuna’s Revenge is here to remind you that being home alone isn’t so bad after all.
