Introduced as the first of Troegs single batch seasonal draft beers in 2002, this tasty doublebock proved such a hit that it has been added to the regular lineup in both draft and bottles (making the brewery two for two in the single batch experiment: HopBack Amber also was promoted to full time status). Brewed with Pilsner, Munich and Chocolate malts and Hallertau and Saaz hops, Troegenator is deceptively smooth and pleasantly warming.
