The Sound Of Science is an 8.5% hazy Double India Pale Ale featuring a melange of Strata, Citra, Vic Secret, Lotus, Trident, and Mosaic hops atop a bed of Pilsner Malt, Oats and Wheat. Your taste buds will take off with notes of citrus, passionfruit, mango and berries in the aroma and on the palate, making this beer a true delight throughout the galaxy. Grab a 4-pack of our newest DIPA and you’ll be cleared for launch in T-minus 16 ounces. The Sound of Science is available now at our brewery in LIC, draft coming soon.
