Four Three Two One offers a tantalizing bouquet with notes of leather and pineapple. On the palate, it showcases perfectly balanced acidity, a result of a harmonious blend of acids developed over time. Prominent fruity esters, including plum, peach, and pear, shine through. This is one of our finest spontaneous ales.
