Featuring Yakima Chief Hops' American Noble™? Simcoe and the local duo of Four Star Farms Crystal hops and Valley Pilsner Malt, Torch pours a bright straw color with a very slight chill haze. The aroma is delicate and inviting, offering malt-forward notes of fresh biscuit and water cracker, highlighted by the hop bill's contribution of citrus zest and pine. Both bitterness and sweetness are present, albeit in very low volumes, contributing depth and balance to this easy-drinking pale lager.
