This version uses experimental HBC 472 hops, along with Loral hops which provide “super noble hop” qualities. 57% of the grain bill is locally sourced from our friends at Blue Ox Malthouse in Maine, 19% of which is Triticale, a rye/wheat hybrid. Enjoy!
