Dry hopped with Galaxy and Sultana to create a nose that is all pineapple with a touch of fruity sweetness. They yield flavors of unripe pineapple with a touch of piney resin that leaves you wanting more.
Leaving lactose out of this beer removes some sweetness and lets the hops shine bright like tropical sunshine.
