We took Louisiana’s state fruit as inspiration in this mochi-inspired creation, Strawberry Mochi. With one sip you will melt into the smooth strawberry puree, layered over pillowy hills of creamy lactose. Rich Madagascar vanilla and fluffy toasted rice reminiscent of strawberry shortcake kiss the palate on the finish.
