A Classic American Pale Ale

This beer has that classic crisp, bitter finish that is defining trait of the style. It’s a very smooth drink, and I get a slightly different combination of citrus and pine with each sip. And even though this is a hop forward beer in from a hop forward style, it has just a touch of malty sweetness to it that adds a nice balance to the brew. The best, but it needs to be drank new. If more than 3 months old it looses half the taste.

It has good taste without being overpowering & with perfect hop use. There’s a small bitterness on the tongue, but is malty & finishes smooth. It’s pretty straight forward and tasty with slight fruity sweetness.
