Sidetrail, our NE DIPA collaboration with Trillium Brewing Company, is a testament to friendship and innovation. A heartfelt thank you to JC (@mrtrillium) for joining us in crafting this extraordinary DIPA, bursting with sunshine straw hues. In this brew, we embraced the novelty of the ZAPPA hop alongside its Neomexicanus counterpart, Sabro, and the timeless allure of Citra. The result? A supremely smooth elixir, boasting a velvety mouthfeel that leads into a tropical symphony of Pineapple, Mango, Orange Marmalade, and Coconut Cream—pure liquid sunshine, all day long.
