Introducing Science of Extraction, our brand new collaboration with the New York Hop Guild. During this brew process we utilized mash-hopping, allowing us to extract and unlock the most intense, desirable aromas within the beer. Science of Extraction's hop aroma volume booms with notes of apricot and passion fruit that flow onto the palate into notes of juicy cantaloupe and hints of pineapple. A light touch of pine rounds out this flavorful American IPA.
