Saturnalia is our interpretation of a Belgian Trappist style Quad. It is brewed using authentic Belgian Pilsner, Pale Ale, Special B and Cara malts. It is hopped Loral & Styrian Golding in the boil to balance out the massive malt body. Finally, the beer undergoes a warm fermentation using a classic Belgian Trappist yeast strain.
