Brewed with a blend of Czech and German malts and hopped in the kettle with fresh Czech Saaz and 10-year-old German Spalt Select, this recipe reflects our desire for small lagers with character and the unique interest of aged hops in clean beers. Quenching yet flavorful, it offers depth with a nuanced nuttiness and subtle funk from the aged hops that we adore. We’ve also set aside a portion to be blended into our oak program for a future release.
