Mead with Blackberry, Cinnamon and Cascade Hops.Our award-winning Pollen-Nation was our first foray into session meads in 2014. Honey sweetness with a touch of blackberry tartness is balanced by an addition of saigon cinnamon. We then dry hop this session mead with whole leaf cascade hops.
