Photinia (11%) Holiday Dessert Style Golden Strong Ale. We start with a heavy amount of 2 Row and choice amounts golden malts before letting this beer condition over what are basically the ingredients to the pecan pie that will be wafting throughout the kitchen this Thanksgiving. Brown sugar, vanilla, crushed pecans and cinnamon are some of the ingredients used to build this decadent beers dessert profile. We’re tasting a fresh slice of pecan pie made at home sitting next to a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
