This table beer with spelt and brettanomyces is a delicate, thirst-quenching delight. Abundant brett character presents a full floral bouquet on the nose--lilac, lavender & rose with undertones of lemon verbena. The spelt lends a mild, nutty biscuit flavor that is complemented by subtle spice from noble hops. This beer will age beautifully!
