Mixed culture Grisette brewed with a base of wheat, both malted and unmalted, and NY-State Pilsner malt.
The grisette’s roots come from the Hainaut province of Belgium where it was originally brewed as a light, refreshing beer to quench the thirst of the province’s miners. Low in alcohol and high in drinkability this wheat-heavy offering is the offspring of one of our favorite styles of beer: saison.
