A first collaboration with Kato Sake Works, named in honor of founder Shinobu Kato. Brewed with premium Niigata Koshihikari Japanese rice and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnanger hops for a traditional crisp flavor. Pours clear and bright with flavor notes of fresh herb baked bread and honeysuckle.
