This transcontinental collaboration spent twelve months aging in WhistlePig Estate Rye whiskey barrels alongside single-origin French oak, then matured Sur Lie for another six months in freshly emptied French oak red wine barrels from Herman Story Wines.
The result is our most wood-forward beer to date—a swirling vortex of vinous depth, cherry, vanilla, smoke, and earthy intrigue rising from every glass.
