For our latest collab with New Image Brewing, we explored New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops. It began with a’ "Nelson Bliss" blend, combining early and late-harvest Nelson for maximum tropical intensity and bright citrus. We then added Nelson T90, Cryo, and Hop Kief to amplify the tropical sweetness.
