This crisp IPA draws inspiration from the classic West Coast style, with a 5.5% ABV that strikes the perfect balance. A mix of American and European malts is paired with kettle additions of West Coast Chinook and Citra hops, followed by a dry-hopping of Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe for a bold, hop-forward character. Despite its hop intensity, the beer remains refreshingly smooth and easy to drink. Ideal for sipping after a day on the slopes, just in time for the ski season to kick off.
