This has a wonderful combination of things going on. The basic ale is nice and summery. But the key elements are the pineapple taste (sweet but not TOO sweet) and the mouth feel. Definitely feels creamy in texture and thickness, which makes the “Colada” element work. I could easily do a number of these!!
