Komainu is a Japanese Style Rice Lager. Light, smooth and dry with added body from the flaked rice.
The name Komainu, translates to Lion Dog in English, but are the statues of mythical lion-like creatures commonly found in Japanese Shinto shrines. They are considered protectors against evil spirits. Always found in pairs, they are much like our own logo of 2 Noble Lions cheersing and high fiving.
